We ship to Australia via Australia Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Orders are processed within 7 business days, as we aim to deliver the freshest batch of beans, freshly roasted just for you. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

For subscription services, shipments will be sent based on your chosen frequency.

Delayed or Lost Shipments: If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
6. Returns & Refunds

Coffee Beans: Due to the perishable nature of coffee beans, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for opened or partially consumed products. If there is an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect product or damaged goods), please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will address the issue.

Subscriptions: Refunds for subscription payments are only offered in exceptional circumstances (e.g. damaged goods or incorrect shipments). You may cancel your subscription at any time, but any past payments are non-refundable.
