• We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.

• Coffee Beans: We sell bags of coffee beans, available for one-time purchase or as part of a subscription service. The beans are freshly roasted and available in various sizes and blends.

• Subscriptions: Customers can subscribe to regular deliveries of coffee beans, selecting their preferred delivery schedule. Subscription plans are customizable and can be modified or canceled at any time with prior notice as outlined below.

• All prices listed on the Site are in AUD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and third-party payment providers such as PayPal or Stripe.

• We reserve the right to adjust prices or offer promotional discounts without prior notice. However, the price at the time of your purchase or subscription will remain valid for that transaction.

• Recurring Billing: When you sign up for a subscription, you will be billed on a recurring basis according to your chosen schedule.

• Subscription Modifications: You may modify your subscription preferences (including changing your delivery frequency or quantity) at any time through your account dashboard. Any changes must be made at least 7 days before the next scheduled delivery to take effect.

• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for that cycle. Cancellations after this period may still result in the next delivery being processed and billed.

• We ship to Australia via Australia Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

• Orders are processed within 7 business days, as we aim to deliver the freshest batch of beans, freshly roasted just for you. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

• For subscription services, shipments will be sent based on your chosen frequency.

• Delayed or Lost Shipments: If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

• Coffee Beans: Due to the perishable nature of coffee beans, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for opened or partially consumed products. If there is an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect product or damaged goods), please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will address the issue.

• Subscriptions: Refunds for subscription payments are only offered in exceptional circumstances (e.g. damaged goods or incorrect shipments). You may cancel your subscription at any time, but any past payments are non-refundable.

• To purchase products or manage subscriptions, you must create an account on the Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately.

• All content on this Site, including logos, images, text, and product descriptions, are the intellectual property of The Two Professors. Unauthorized use of any content on this Site is strictly prohibited.
